Service Description

These sessions are your follow-ups after your Initial Evaluation. They will work on addressing various components to help you achieve your goals and return to pain-free functioning. The sky is the limit when it comes to how these personalized and individualized sessions will be conducted! Time can be spent on manual techniques, stretching and flexibility, therapeutic exercise, movement function, balance, posture or all of the above to name a few.
