Initial Evaluation

Service Description

During this session you and your physical therapist will discuss the nature of the area injured or in pain, previous level of function, and current condition of how it's affecting your quality of life. Your therapist will collect data such as strength, range of motion, balance and movement function in order to help develop a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care specific to you.
